How to pick a supported camera

T-Go connects to RTSP cameras on your local network.

If you can obtain an RTSP URL and it plays in a standard player (like VLC), it’s usually a good sign.

We do not have partnerships with any camera brands!

The Tapo C21* camera is used only as an example to explain how you can check whether your own camera supports RTSP.

Method 1. Check via Rufus on Amazon

If you purchased your camera on Amazon, you can ask Rufus using the product model number.

Rufus may indicate whether the seller clearly states that RTSP is supported.

Please note that even within the same brand, some product series may support RTSP while others may not.

You can also search using the exact camera model number and ask an AI assistant for confirmation.
