Step 1. Open the Reolink App
Open the Reolink app, go to the main page, tap the camera device, then tap the settings icon in the top right corner.

This guide helps you enable RTSP, set the RTSP account, and configure a static IP.
You’ll need the RTSP username/password and the camera’s IP address when configuring the camera in the Tigo Mac app.
Step 2. Enter Advanced Settings

Step 3. Configure the Camera Account (RTSP account)
Configure the Camera Account (RTSP account).
This is the RTSP camera account, and the username and password set here will be required when configuring the camera in the Tigo Mac app.
Step 4. Tap Device
Tap Device.
Step 5. Go to Advanced Network Settings
Go to Advanced Network Settings.
Step 6. Enter Server Settings
Enter Server Settings.
Step 7. Enable RTSP
Enable RTSP. The default port is 554.
Step 8. Go to Network Information
Go to Network Information.
Step 9. Enable Static IP and check the IP address
Enable Static IP and check the IP address.
This IP address will be required when configuring the camera in the Tigo Mac app.
